How do Make Moments products work?

All of our products are designed to make spending quality time easy, both with yourself and with others. The challenges are designed to help you explore outside of your habits, dive deeper into your relationships, and create meaningful connections and memories.

Our Make Moments Couples Edition Volume 1 comes with our signature scratch-off film that will reveal the adventure, date, or challenge to do with your loved ones. Use the scratcher provided to reveal the activity of your choice. You can also use a debit card or something with a smooth but firm plastic edge to scratch off the challenges.

There are icons next to the activities that will give you some indication of the preparations you’ll need to make before completing the activity (i.e. location, price, etc.).

It also comes with a sheet of ‘sticky strips’ to attach your photos and a notes space to write down your new memory.

Can we choose the order of the challenges?

Absolutely! Feel free to scratch off any challenge that suits your mood. Use the Helpful Hint Icons to guide your pick based on time, cost, or setting.

What do I use to scratch off the challenges?

To reveal your challenge, we recommend using the scratchers provided, fingernail, a credit/debit card, or anything with a smooth but firm plastic edge. Scratch gently and slowly.

Avoid using coins or keys, as we’ve noticed they can damage the scratch-off material. Please note damages caused by non-recommended tools aren’t eligible for replacement.

Can these products work for all types of relationships?

Yes — Moments is perfect for couples at any stage and gender neutral, from new romances to long‑term partnerships. Whether you're dating, married, or somewhere in between, our challenges are designed to help you grow closer, laugh more, and create meaningful memories together.

If something doesn’t quite fit, you’re always welcome to make it your own. What matters most is sharing the moment, your way.

How long do the challenges take?

Most prompts run 30 minutes–2 hours; a few may take up to 4 hours. Look for the “time” icon to choose based on your schedule.

Do we need special supplies?

Most dates use items you already have at home. If something extra is needed, we include a “supplies” icon next to the challenge.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, GrabPay, Boost, Touch n Go ewallet, Maybank QR and FPX payment. All payments are made in MYR.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We’ll do our best! Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Please email us at hello@makemoments.co right away. While we’ll try to modify or cancel it, we can’t guarantee changes once your order has entered processing or has been shipped, as our team begins preparing it quickly to ensure fast delivery.

How can I reach customer support?

You can reach our friendly support team at hello@makemoments.co via the live‑chat widget on our website. We aim to respond within 24 hours!

I haven't received my order confirmation email, what should I do?

Right after you place your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

If it’s still missing, drop us an email at hello@makemoments.co with your order number and the email address you used—we’ll look into it for you right away.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes! Email us at hello@makemoments.co for volume discounts or corporate gifting.

Shipping & Returns

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer FREE standard shipping to West Malaysia for all orders over RM100.

How long does shipping take?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders ship within 1 - 2 business day. Local deliveries in Malaysia take:

  • West Malaysia: 1–5 working days
  • East Malaysia: 3–6 working days
What if my order arrived damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo or video of the damage. This helps us assess the condition and determine the next steps to resolve it for you.

If your issue qualifies for a claim, we’ll file it on your behalf. Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement.

Can I return if I change my mind?

We’re sorry, but we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty. If your book arrives damaged, please email  hello@makemoments.co  within 7 days of delivery with a photo or a video, and we’ll send you a replacement.

Refunds are only applicable if a product is out of stock. In such cases, the amount will be refunded to your original method of payment.
