Return & Refund Policy


1. Change of Mind / General Returns

We’re sorry, but we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final once an order is placed.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

  • Please email us at hello@makemoments.co within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photo or video of the issue.

  • Once we’ve reviewed your request and confirmed the fault, we will send you a replacement.

If a replacement is not available (for example, if the item is out of stock), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Out of Stock Items & Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if a product is out of stock and we are unable to fulfil your order or send a replacement.

  • In this case, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

  • Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.

4. Order Inspection

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective,

  • The item is damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item.

This helps us evaluate the issue quickly and resolve it for you.
